The duration and intensity of the fragrance depend on several factors, including the diffuser format, ventilation, the size of the room, and the ambient temperature. In general, a fuller bottle ensures more effective and consistent diffusion.

For better diffusion, we recommend placing the fragrances at head height.
Naturally, for larger spaces, we recommend using larger formats and/or a greater number of bottles

To ensure maximum fragrance diffusion, we recommend using the entire set of included reeds.

For optimal fragrance diffusion, we recommend turning the sticks twice a week.
This simple action helps revive the scent’s intensity and keep it consistent throughout the room.

We only accept returns for products that are unopened and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
